Acceptable Content and User Conduct
Temoc is a creator-platform built to empower creators and fans, to exchange value, build community, and deliver engaging digital experiences. To maintain a safe, inclusive environment and to comply with our payment partner and regulatory obligations, Temoc has established the following policy on acceptable content and user conduct.
1. Prohibited Content
- Adult or pornographic content, including nudity, sexual acts, sexual solicitation, erotic services, or any depiction of sexual activity or sexualized minors.
- Hate speech, harassment or discriminatory remarks or content directed toward an individual or group based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, disability or other protected characteristic.
- Violent or graphic content intended to shock, disgust or promote harm or abuse, including but not limited to animal cruelty, torture, or other extreme violence.
- Promotion, facilitation or depiction of terrorism, extremist ideology, or organized hate groups.
- Illegal activities or content that facilitate illegal behaviour (including sale or use of illicit goods or services, hacking, phishing, money-laundering, non-licensed gambling, or other illicit financial schemes).
- Copyright infringement or other intellectual property violations (uploading or distributing content you do not have the right to share).
- Fraud, scams, impersonation, misleading claims or other deceptive content intended to mislead users, including false financial or investment claims.
- Content that, in Temoc’s judgment, creates a risk of legal liability or harm to Temoc, our users or third parties.
2. Acceptable Speech and Community Standards
While Temoc values free speech, creativity and diverse perspectives, this freedom is subject to the guidelines above. Users are encouraged to share original, respectful, lawful content and engage constructively in the community. Users may express opinions, debate or share viewpoints, so long as they do not cross into prohibited content. Temoc reserves the right to moderate, restrict or remove content or users that violate these standards, even if the content is not strictly illegal but is deemed harmful to the community or to Temoc’s compliance obligations. Users should adhere to high standards of respect and civility: harassment, threats, targeted abuse or vandalism of content will not be tolerated.
3. Prohibited Use of Platform
- Circumvent or attempt to circumvent our payment systems, or facilitate money-laundering, terror financing, or other financial crimes.
- Exploit or recruit minors in any way, or distribute content involving minors in exploitative situations.
- Interfere with, disrupt, degrade or attempt to hack Temoc’s services, or engage in automated scraping, bots or other unauthorized use unless explicitly permitted.
- Solicit funds, tokens or assets under false pretences or via misleading schemes.
4. Enforcement and Moderation
- Content that violates these guidelines may be removed or disabled at Temoc’s sole discretion, with or without notice.
- Accounts associated with repeated or egregious violations may be suspended or terminated permanently.
- Temoc may, at its discretion, report certain content or activities to law enforcement or regulatory authorities.
- Temoc may revise or update these Guidelines at any time; users are responsible for reviewing and complying with the current version.
- Temoc maintains a zero-tolerance policy for adult content involving minors, non-consensual sexual material, or hate-fuelled violence.
5. Additional Notes
Users uploading content should ensure they hold the necessary rights and clearances (copyrights, releases, consents). If you are uncertain whether content is allowed, please consult Temoc’s support or do not publish until clarity is obtained. These Guidelines form part of Temoc’s Terms of Use and Payment Terms; violating them may affect your eligibility to receive payments or participate in certain features.
